Letter of Authorization

For the Request of Historical Usage Information Texas Energy & Power's commercial rates are based on patterns of historical energy consumption. In order to provide you with a customized energy price quote, we'll need your previous 12-month usage data. Texas Energy & Power, L.L.C. (TXEP) can obtain the required data from your local utility by sending them a Letter of Authorization containing your account information and signature. Simply fill out the Letter of Authorization below for your service area and fax it to: 713-782-8809 or hand it to our sales representative. Please note that a separate Letter of Authorization must be filled out for each service area having accounts. For example, if you have accounts in both the Reliant and TXU service area, you'll need to download and complete a separate form for Reliant and TXU. Letter of Authorization (LOA) can be filled out and printed from inside a web browser.
